Parallel Coordinate Plot

Parallel coordinate maps plot data elements as connected sets of points, one on each axis. They are used to analyze multivariate data.

This 3D parallel coordinate map shows the ratio of genes to cells. Each line represents a different variable and continues through the entire graph.
